i was thinking earlier today, since its difficult to find a job, probably i have to get another certificate.
1. PSLE
2. GCE 'N' Level
3. NITEC in Office / Service Skills
4. Basic Mandarin Conversation

so i guess i have to put GCE 'O' Levels Cert in no. 5?
why not?
i've been having that thought since last year.
so i sent my enquiry to Mercu Learning Point.
asking if there is any subsidy i could apply for..
eventually, a few minutes later, a lady called me up.
from that learning centre.
the good thing is, there is a possible subsidy however,
the bad news is, its not 100% subsidised.
so even if my application is approved, there will still be a balance i need to pay.
but how?

hmm..
so what do you guys think??
